Bev has been playing volleyball for over 40 years, and still plays women’s and coed volleyball indoors and sand. The sportsmanship and athleticism that she exhibited on her high school volleyball team earned her awards including All-Conference 1st Team, All-District, All-State, MVP and a 4 year volleyball scholarship to Drury University in Springfield, MO. She also earned a competitive scholastic scholarship each year and graduated with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
Beverly founded Club Net in 1999 with the hopes that all young players would have the opportunity to learn the great sport of volleyball which could possibly aid them in furthering their education and their opportunities in life by attending college, hopefully with the financial assistance of a volleyball scholarship. In 2003, she received the Robert L. Lindsay USA Volleyball Meritorious Service award for her contributions to the growth and support of volleyball in her community and to USA Volleyball. Beverly has coached High School and Jr. High School volleyball for 4 years, was a volunteer coach for Boys and Girls Club volleyball for over 20 years, and in 2005 was named Benton County Boys and Girls Club Coach of the year. She has been a Junior Olympic Volleyball Coach and Club Net Director since the club was founded and is IMPACT and CAP 1 Certified.
Beverly has been married for 36 years to her very supportive husband, Dick and is the proud mother of 2 children, Paige and Harrison, as well as 2 children they “adopted”, Chrissy and Billy…and became a PROUD grandmother of Molly, Jude, Lucy, Eliza, and Max. She is a 22-year breast cancer survivor. Beverly is a student and teacher of the game of volleyball and is committed to helping every player learn to love the game, and to realize the potential they have in volleyball and in life.
Paige has been playing volleyball for almost 30 years. She helped Lincoln Junior High School receive their first award of Conference Champions and she also played for Bentonville High School. Paige played Junior Olympic Volleyball for seven years and in her senior season she was offered a volleyball scholarship to the University of Central Missouri. She has coached Boys and Girls Club Volleyball for 10 years and has been coaching for Club Net for 15 years. Paige is IMPACT Certified. She is also the proud mother of three future Club Net players…Molly, Lucy, and Max.
Taylor Young began her career playing volleyball over 27 years ago and eventually played for Bentonville High School and was awarded All Conference and was Co-Captain of the BHS tiger varsity volleyball team. Young played on National level USAV Junior Olympic Club teams throughout her club career and was recruited and signed by John Brown University in 2004. Young played Middle Hitter and Right Side Hitter for JBU and helped break numerous school records in blocking, hitting, setting and passing and eventually helped lead her team to victory as NAIA Conference Champions. After years of multiple knee surgeries, Young retired from playing and stepped into the coaching role and has never looked back. Young has been coaching for 15 years and is IMPACT and Safe Sport certified.
(Coach D) has been playing volleyball for 20+ years. She played multiple sports in high school including volleyball, basketball, softball, and track. As a volleyball player she has played many positions including middle, right side, and back row. She was a Club Net player as well! She has coached Boys and Girls Club, 11s-17s at Club Net, was an assistant coach at Bentonville for 6 years and is currently the Head Coach at Rogers Heritage. Melissa graduated from the University of Arkansas with her degree in Kinesiology. She is the Strength and Conditioning coordinator at Club Net and is Safe Sport/IMPACT Certified.
Thomas Bruce began playing volleyball in high school in San Diego, CA over 30 years ago. He continues to play both indoor and sand volleyball as often as his aging body allows. He started coaching 18 years ago when he coached his daughter’s boys and girls club teams. He has coached club volleyball off and on for the last 13 years for various age groups. "My greatest joy coaching has been watching former players continue to play at the next levels of the sport. When I am not coaching, playing or working my day job you can catch me officiating a few high school games during the school season. I can never get enough volleyball!!"
has played multiple sports in junior high and high school including track and 4 years in cross country. Started playing volleyball while in high school as part of a national competition through Civil Air Patrol. Continued playing volleyball after high school through college intramurals, city leagues and a couple times a week with a group of volleyball enthusiasts. 11 years ago started coaching with Club Net where he coached 13′s thru 16′s. Holds IMPACT, CAP I, and CAP II coaching certifications. Coach Anderson is currently the Rogers High School Freshmen Coach.
has been playing volleyball for many years. She helped her Bellevue West High School (Bellevue, NE) team achieve 4 back-to-back State Class A Championships, while earning Second Team All-State honors her Senior year. Kristine went on to play NJCAA Division I Region 16 volleyball for Southwest Missouri State University – West Plains (SMSU-WP) for two years. After graduating, Kristine returned to Omaha, NE and played Adult Women’s A Club volleyball and coached Junior Club volleyball. Kristine moved to Bentonville, AR in 2006. She enjoys the sport of volleyball and currently plays in competitive sand and indoor volleyball leagues. She has been coaching for Club Net since 2014 with her husband, Josh Bachler.
Danielle has been playing volleyball for 13 years and is in her 6th year of coaching with Club Net. Danielle played for Fayetteville High School and Club Net. She graduated in 2010 with offers to play volleyball at the collegiate level; however, an unfortunate injury prevented her from continuing her playing career. Danielle and her husband moved to Florida for a few years, before returning to NWA. She is the proud mother of two beautiful boys who plan on playing volleyball when they are a bit older (mother’s orders).
Coach Whipp has played with Club Net for 6 years and graduated from Bentonville High School, winning a state title in 2008. Continued her volleyball career at Mid-America Christian University and Mid-Continent University. This is Lindsey’s fifth season coaching with Club Net, andis currently in her second season as the seventh grade coach at Washington Jr. High. She also has a future Club Net player of her own. "Fun Fact: I still wish I was 6 feet tall."
Rilee has been playing volleyball for 10 years. She was a starting Blackhawk as a DS/Libero for Pea Ridge High School. She played for Club Net for 3 years before graduating. She continued to play recreationally in college while she earned her teach degree. Once back in NWA, she rejoined Club Net as a coach. This will be Rilee's second year coaching for Club Net.
Katie began playing volleyball over 14 years ago. She played every position through her high school and club career. Her favorite is RH/OH. She played for Club Net before moving and finishing her club career with Little Rock Juniors. She continues to play sand and indoor leagues in NWA. Katie has a Bachelor's in Communication with a minor in Emergency Management from Arkansas Tech University. Katie absolutely loves this sport and it shows in the enthusiasm she continues to bring as a player and a coach. This is Katie's second season with Club Net.
